Refunds, Returns or Warranty Claims
In the event of any warranty claim please contact us first to discuss the problem on 01780 759111 and have details of the item and when you purchased it.

Within 14 days if you are not happy with an order you receive, you may return it for credit or exchange, – this excludes specially ordered items unless goods are faulty or have a manufacturing defect.

All products returned for credit or exchange must be returned at the customer’s expense, within 14 days of supply and must be COMPLETE with all packaging and in a RESALEABLE CONDITION.

All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to the company prior to despatch.  A Returns ref Number must be obtained. This will enable us to deal with your return promptly.  Thanks

Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted.

If for any reason within 7 days you no longer require your item(s) you can return them for a refund (excluding the original carriage) but at your cost, however the item must be in new unused undamaged condition and in the original undamaged packaging. .

Post & Packaging / Carriage charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or have a manufacturing defect. A member of our customer services department can arrange for collection of the goods, this may be chargeable, through our carrier, the return parcel must be accompanied with the original invoice..

A 10% restocking charge may be applicable under some circumstances.
